Renting deposit refund

We are struggling to get a deposit refund of R2000.00 from above mentioned business, we placed a notice mid November 2017 with the lady called Maite at their office but she advised us to make a follow up with her colleague Seipati. We have been trying to get hold of Seipati but avoid our calls to a point that she will answer her cellphone and leave it running without talking. When you call with a different number she answer and then suddenly pretend you are breaking she can't hear you, when you try to call again she won't answer. Her behavior is unacceptable and we can't take it anymore, she act as if she is doing us a favour. We need this matter to be resolved ASAP.
