Refusal to refund moneys paid with no services completed

So this is not my style of doing things. I have been civil and diplomatic at first correspondence to Alwyn just to be treated like an absolute ******* just cause i want a refund that belongs to me, as i am not going to further the courses offered by TSASA then you get threatened by a certain individual named Alwyn like i am trying to ***** my own money. Last week i kindly asked for a refund on the courses i wanted to obtain which was paid in payments of R2000 per month over 2 months. i skipped a month and the following month paid R2500. i was only suppose to pay an amount of R6500. Things have changed subsequently, as i am leaving for Scotland at the end of November 2020. Thus i have no need to do these courses anymore. No clauses was forwarded to me saying if i fail not to do these courses i forfeit these funds. I have been diplomatic and civil, just to be given the following answer qoute" Jy het nou te ver gegaan. Jy het van plan verander nie ons nie. Gaan voort met jou dreigement. Ons handig nou die saak oor aan ons procureur. Deel verder met hom." un qoute. How does a company run business like this as in my books and my research this is now deemed as theft.

Absolutely disappointed and will not refer this organisation to anybody that is looking for an establishment in the security industry. All i want is what is due to me. I am not a vindictive person just want my funds paid to them in full to the amount of R6500.

He has deleted or blocked me incl message sent to and from me. Kindly can you assist me in this regard.
