The worst possible service delivered

We are visiting here in Postmasburg for the school holidays. When we arrived here at the station we were told that there is no running water available for 3weeks already. We are here for a week and still nothing has been done,now this afternoon the toilets is blocked and when I tried to phone the emergency numbers the guy told me its a wrong number. The local municipality has been notified numerous times about the problem as I went to the office,but nobody is trying to solve this situation as its becoming a health risk now. We are all loyal tax payers doesn't matter from which province we're coming,as my aunt doesn't know what to do anymore cause we have small kids,and the smell is making everybody sick. We can't even go to a shop at night,here is no street lights and the condition of the roads is in a precarious condition,you can injure yourself as you can't see where you are going. I'm not happy at all with the way things are being conduct here. We are all human beings with the same needs as every other person on this earth.
