Poor service Tshantsabane Municipality

Good Day

We bought a property in 2019. Got all the necessary document to say that the municipality bill is paid ect before we can put it on our name. Now there is to previous renters(before we bought it) and according to them it must be paid of before they will take it of the bill. The sewerage system is up to **** because of mismanagement. i've been struggling to get it fixed for more then a year now. So what must tax payers do when you get ZERO service but we must pay 100% levies ect each month. they all get massive salaries but there is never money for anything. I send numerous emails to the CFO to sort this issue out, with out any luck. The sewerage is all over my yard every now and again. i am busy with a proper profile to send to Cart Blanch, and that it can go viral.
