Children will get sick!!

Good Day We are a School in Postmasburg. We have been struggeling with the munucipality for months now.By the entrance of our pre-primary school is a drain that is constantly leaking. It's wet everywhere and it smells. The municipality won't do anything about it,says the pipe must be replaced and that it's our problem we must fix it. Please assist us in giving our children a safe and healthy school environment. God Bless Shiloah Academy
