Good day I'm so disappointed about the service I received at Tsakane motor spares today I sent my husband to buy a shocks and when he got home it didn't match he took it back and they refused saying they don't do refunds, the shocks is new it's not used it doesn't have any oil so I fail to understand all the spares have a return policy except for electronics but with them they don't do any returns it's not fair for me seeing that I returned it unused an hour later after I have bought it but they refused to take it back My number is ***
