Poor service delivery at government clinic in Tsakane

Worst experience ever. I have been given a date and time to come to the clinic for my check up and this is always the case but I can't take it anymore. They gave me an appointment for 1pm so I get here at 12pm so all admin will be done for my 1 pm appointment. It's now 14:40 and I'm still not attend too. We have been sitting and waiting but no service is being rendered. It hurts because this is our tax money which is being put to use to run these facilities but the people empowered to run them and to deliver service suck big time. It's more then 60 people still waiting to be attended to and the clinic closes at 5pm. My hf is so ****ed that his been looking for the matron of the clinic but can not find him/her. This is not on just because we can not afford proper health care services we get treated like this
