Settlement for M.Pieterse

My wife had an account in arrears at vodacom sa. the account was handed over to TS legal services. i phoned them and the gave me the amount to settle the account . We settled the account and got a letter to show that the settlement was done. We want to do a home loan but it still shows on the records that it's not settled. They never removed it from the ITC This is the only reason i cant do a home loan
