Harassing me non-stop

My credit has been settled and it's been almost two years now but this legal firm just keeps harassing me every chance they get.

I sent them proof stating I'm on the clear and countless emails. All they do is apologize and continue sending messages of an outstanding balance that has nothing to do with me.

I'm embarrassed and ashamed of the harassment I keep on receiving from the legal service. Please don't engage in doing business with them, they seem to try their luck on clients who might forget they have even settled thier debts.

Be wary of this legal service... I even filled a complaint and one of their colleagues failed to process my complaint further, after dealing with kamoghelo who mistreated me by spewing false information about my credit record.

They excuse themselves by saying "Please be advised that the account has been closed on our side, we do apologise for the inconvenience caused" then they go back to sending you countless messages of an outstanding balance yet again.

It's really annoying and unprofessional of them to take account and do nothing about it. It's such a joke of a firm!
