Biggest ***** worst service

Worst Company I was promised a letter from Ts legal service to confirm i paid up my student loan first it was one week , then they changed and said 30 to 45 days after said time i contacted them again they promised to sent it ASAP its now more than 60 days and if i try to get hold of Candrique the phone just rings til i am cut off. Pathetic services dont trust this company no matter what they promise you they lie
