Rude and unsolicited phone calls

Unsolicited phone calls, phones 10 times a day!! Can only tell me that they got my number from “reputable databases”. Nothing reputable about those databases, they want to speak to my wife but phones on my cell number. Very rude call center agent and keeps on reading from her script without answering my questions. Put the phone down in my ear while I'm still talking. Is this not a POPIA violation? Where can I report this formally?
