****/Phishing attempts

I have been getting calls from this entity for moths. I have told them numerous times that I have no interest in whatever they are trying to achieve. They insist on calling me over and over again. Do not give them any information at all. Do not even respond to the question: "am I speaking to X?" This is clearly a **** of some kind or a phishing attempt. The information they draw out of you will be sold to other companies or worse may endanger your life or property as the questions asked are very invasive of one's right to privacy.
