metal piece in burgers

Good day I have recently bought a box of burgers a Trymore meats in Parow Industrial, after my wife have put in lunch for me a found a piece of metal in the food, we have reported it to the meat supply and they have collected it from us including the burgers and the piece if metal as show in the photos attached. Up until now the owner has not responded yet and ignored the calls and whatsapp messages. So for me as a consumer it is unacceptable service to the public and it is a health risk. What if I consumed that piece of metal and had to do an operation
