STAY AWAY FROM TRUX TRANS LOGISTICS

Once we had settled on a price, the owner came and did an inspection. He wrote up all that had to be moved, He said that he would cover all my wooden furniture with blankets. He said his movers would be at my house at 6 am. He said that the movers should take 4 hours to pack, He said that the moving truck will meet us at 8 am the next morning at our new house. Then what happened in reality. All my wooden furniture and many other item where damaged The movers arrived 3 hours late. By 3 pm that same day, they had still not finished packing. The next day they were to meet us at our new house at 8 am in the morning. They only arrived after 3 pm that afternoon, and left after 9 pm that night. This company was so negligent, that I caught one of the employees standing on my cardboard boxes to reach and take down the boxes from the top of the pile. There is a total of R 70 000 worth of damages incurred to all my belongings. When reporting this to the owner, asking him what will be done, he then said he will put a claim in with his insurance. But changed his story, and said that we must pay him in full before he actions a claim on his behalf. They are dishonest, disrespectful ,unprofesional
