I have complain about truworts tubatse crossing mall at burgersfort, I have online order so I asked someone from the family to collect it on my behalf since I'm not around there and they said they want authorization letter ok it's fine they gave me the email address and I emailed the authorization letter to them but still they didn't give the person I sent to collect my online order now they changed the story they want hand writing and we are in 21 century we no longer do hand writing
