Truworths Campus Square Defines Remarkable Service

Truworths Campus is defines Great Customer Service. I have been there several times and not even once have I ever experienced bad customer service. Their great service is consistent, starting from the security lady at the door when you enter the store, to the staff, cashiers and the manager.

I have observed how the manager (Olwethu) interacts with employees and I have personally recommended her leadership as I was very touched, she has excellent managerial traits that many leaders lack. The manager and everyone in the store are very friendly, approachable and helpful.
