No contact debited for order I did not place

I received a package tried phoning Chantal Kruger ********** 312 of Truvision, does not answer phone or reply to sms. Not even acknowledgement and that she will look at the matter, my agent Janie was contacted as well and I was informed that Chantal is busy with a back log. More than a week no response.
