After several communication regarding 2 orders, that I did not order, and was deducted from my account without my consent, complaint lodged already on the 12th with Chantal Kruger, but no action was taken, last view days communicated with several people, being told it will be sorted in in a day or two to my cooperation will be greatly appreaciated, to receiving an e-mail from Kenzil Ermel that he believes I have a query regarding my order. WHAT ORDER!!!!! I did not order anything, my profile has been closed in September. How did they access my banking details if everything was closed?????????????????
