Very bad service!! Conveyancing was not handled properly. Jolandie withdrew from the property dispute , not resolving the outstanding issues. The purchaser was in breach of contract numerous times. The seller continuously tried to assist by granting extention to the purchaser. The seller suffered loss of income and damage to his property for two years. Jolandie from TCW and her friend Heidi from The Property Agents did not act on behalf of the seller.

According to the offer to purchase the purchaser was liable for all damages, this was not deducted, she owed over R90 000 in occupational rent and had an outstanding municipal accounts of R15 000+. The final account was not settled and the seller was not paid out for the damages which amounted to R50 000. They also deducted money from the occupational rent due not resolving the issues even after evidence of damages was provided.
