Discussing seller's business with a buyer

<p>Dorothy from Truter Crous Wiggill and Vos attorneys requested a COC certificate from the buyer, without confirming that the seller or the wife of the seller, who has power of attorney, was available. I feel that this is in direct violation of the Consumers Protection Act. Dorothy admitted that she did not even try to find out if the wife of the seller was available, because she THOUGHT he was not married and then thought the wife of the seller was out of the country with him. Furthermore, she did not even attempt to apologise, but state her case with poor facts. My desire is that this matter gets resolved ammicably to the customer's satisfaction and a gaurentee from the Attorney firm that this will not happen again.</p>
