No response

In August 2015 we went to the above-mentioned law firm after an unfair dismissal. At the initial meeting we were told that we had a solid case and that they would represent me. Since then we have had absolutely no feedback despite countless e-mails, phone messages left etc. On one occasion when we did speak to Mr van der Walt he agreed that the lack of response was unacceptable and would get right back to us. We still have had no feedback. Last week we emailed their inquiry address and received a response from a lady called Jolandie (a director of the firm) who said she would take it up with Mr van der Walt and get back to us. After still not hearing anything we called and spoke to her this morning. Her attitude was aggressive and she said that we could fetch our file from their office. As a result I have lost 6 months regarding my legal matter and with this delay may not win my case.
