Contrary to the previous review.

So before i review Trust Solar, i would say that we always give negative reviews when the service is bad, but never positive reviews when service is good.

In this case, i have to give credit to Tyger of Trust Solar, which is a completely different from Anne, who gave a 1 start rating. When i read her post i must admit i was hesitant.

I was shopping around for solar and alot of systems are much of the same and price. Kind of a case who pitches the best system. What I struggled to comprehend is that companies would email you a generic price list and then let you decide what you want as if we all know solar.

What i liked about Trust Solar is that they actually followed up the order, came to do a site inspection, discussed my requirements and was installed 3 days later. Everything that was spoken about was delivered including the electrical COC's and submission to council.

My system is working 100% and im very happy. Further, if something is confusing, i pop him a watsup and he replies, even over weekends.

Its not summer so dont know about leaks at this stage, but given the service they provided, im sure they would sort the issue out.

As for now, i give them a 5 star and would recommend them in terms of price and efficiency.
