Service unacceptable

Standard Bank Trust (estates department) is pathetic - they are handling our estate and we don't get any feedback from them and we've emailing them over and over again. i am waiting for a transfer document to cell the car that is on the estate almost now for 3 weeks and they dont get back to me. the person is luigi jackson and ****a Moerat at standard trust department in pretoria.
