Poor service standard bank Trust (late estate)

My name is Zanele Ntombela,My mom passed away in 2015, she was standard bank employee when she passed on,so automatically because she staff they referred her late estate to Standard bank Trust .Since 2015 the trust has not finalized the late estate,they promise to call us bit then sometimes they dont call,If I had a lawyer I would ask it to intervien,it seems like they dont want to help
