Trust in Trust Auto Group diminished!

My trust in Trust Auto Group will not easily be restored. Made contact with Suzuki Helderberg on Monday 18 March 2024. I was initially quite impressed with the reaction time of the salesperson. I requested an all-inclusive quote which was sent through in record time. On the quote mileage on the car was indicated as 5000km (as was advertised) but when we arrived on Wednesday 20 March 2024, the mileage was 6300km! We left home at 9:00 on Wednesday and arrived back at 16:00 without the car. How could it even be possible for a sales transaction to take 7 hours?!? I informed the sales consultant on Tuesday that if both parties were satisfied with the cars, I would like to finalise the deal right there on Wednesday. With the paperwork being dealt with, I had another look at the car and noticed it wasn't cleaned properly. It had to be returned to the Valet company. When everything was ready for hand-over to take place, I had a careful look at the front bumper and noticed severe damage on the lower part. I've decided to rather walk away from the deal.
