Kolene exceptional service @Suzuki Helderberg

Recently I was in the market to purchase a vehicle amd after hearing from my Landlords bragging about their purchase of a Suzuki Fronx GL from Kolene(New Sales Exec) at Suzuki Helderberg I decided to take advice and experience the feeling for myself

I called the branch on Tuesday(24 June 2025) branch spoke with the receptionist and asked her to give Kolene a message to call me back - 5 minutes later I get a call back from Kolene and we arranged to meet the same day she also arranged for a driver to fetch me from my work place and take me back after viewing

I arrive at the branch and Kolene stands at the entrance and immediately knew it was me and greeted me with respect and professionalism as Mr Sheik. IT was a cold and rainy day and the 1st thing I get asked would I like a cup of coffee now who would say no to that. I decided to browse around viewing the vehicles on the showroom amd this beautiful Silver Suzuki Fronx 1.5 GLX caught my attention only to fimd out that wasnt the car I budgeted for. Kolene could already see I fell in love with this car and she gave me the opportunity to view it and only praises and good things Im hearing about this particular model. So we decide to view the actual model I came to purcahse which was the Fronx GL model and immediately it didnt fit my liking and I.just had a glimpse and told Kolene I want the car I seen inside and nothing is going to stop me from getting it. The dissapointment sunk in when we discuss and compared price range and she could still see how much I want the GLX model. We chat he chats with the principle dealer see what they can do amd.she get back to me before COB - driving back my heart is already set on this car

Kolene calls me at 5pm and she tells me the best price they can do for me still short from what I actually budgeted for Intold her let speak to my partner and see what we come up with all in this time my hopes and dreams are falling apart cause I want this car. Strangley as I was driving back home I got stuck with my car(GTI)and that was my que to say do whatever I need to get the Fronx. Luckily people that I live with that referred me to Kolene said they will cover my shortfall call Kolene now that was around 7pm and tell ask her to proceed with the sale. That joy and relief speaking to Kolene is a feeling only both of us can express. Prior to this I explained to Kolene my experience with my health that deteriorated the past 2years and what this meant to me and my partner

We seal the deal on Wednesday payments made by Friday now Im eager to take delivery of the car and Kolene kept to her word from day 1 that the car is mine and she will do anything within her powers to make this happen we built a bond and relationship from the moment we spoke on the phone and I placed my trust in her and God and they have never failed me

I get confirmation Friday that I can collect the car Saturday morning(Today)she also requested a picture of myself and my partner and when we got there the car was covered up with a beautiful bow amd baloons you see vidros of on Tik Tok amd today it was turn to enjoy that feeling - Kolene made this happen and the feeling of knowing that people you meet as strangers shares the same sentiments and values of goimg the ectra mile to empower and add value to peoples lives are far to come by - Kolene you a with beacon of hope to others and I added a nee friemd in my small.cusrvle of friends and you are at the top of the list. You embodynthe true Suzuki spirit and values and display the petomy of what it takes to make someone happy even of its a stranger. Our meet was not only about a sale but it ended up getting to know me better and share my darkest times with you which touvhed both of us emotionally and positively you took the time to listen amd comfort me and give me hope though a kind gesture changed so many things in a short space of time My moto in life is Always Believe and Never Give up and today that became a reality

Thank you Kolene for making my dreams come true and ensuring I left with something that touched my heart and that memory will never leave me
