R1789,40 Looted By Mecca

In the 29 of November 2021 14:10pm ,I paid Mecca R1789,40 and the transaction happened for 200 block bricks but their Cashier Petro said they won't give me my Goods because they did not get my money , i should go to the bank we argued the whole 30-40 minutes that money went of my bank account i left to the bank came back i was told that i should come the next day did these with the evidence of my bank statements ,for 4 consecutive days with no luck and she kept saying she won't help me and i asked to see the manager she said no , The service of these Hardware Mecca is poor and bad my project of building has stopped because of the 200 bricks i bought but i never received any goods and they not even going to help me out , R1789,40 is in their bank account bad service from these store they loot customers money . I am never using or buying from them and i want my money back please do not shop there , I am very disappointed the big store like these 💔, I lost my petrol and time going back and forth because of them .
