Not responsive on paid services

Our building contractor purchased trusses from Trusco Roofing on our behalf, and the trusses were delivered to us. We have been attempting to get the roof plan from Trusco to no avail. We have been in touch with the Trusco roofing, I spoke to Marthie Kruger who then referred me to Stepanie Kruger who promised to send me the invoice of the remaining balance so I can receive the roof plan and roof tiles but he seemed very reluctant because they were dealing with the contractor but the roof plan is for our house based on our house plan. We have trusses but no roof plan we are unable to proceed with the roof installation. The Trusco Roofing Company is withholding the roof plan and is not interested in assisting us and is no longer answering our calls.
