I have overreacted and made assumptions when I posted the reviews/comments. The misunderstanding and miscommunication were caused by the Covid-19 Lockdown regulations imposed on Trunes. Since the lifting of the Lockdown the dispute was settled between us in a business-like manner. I hereby retract all my comments unconditionally.
