Terrible service at Trumps (Westgate)

So disappointed at the way my family and I were treated at Trumps on Mother's Day. We had made a table booking for 2pm only to get there to be told to wait in a queue until there is a free table, like?! What's the purpose of making a booking then? We stood in a queue for almost an hour and when we were eventually let in, the waitress that was allocated to us didn't make the experience for us any better. She took our orders for drinks and starters and after A WHILE came back (without the drinks) to inform us that they had run out of everything on the starters menu except chicken livers, what a joke, lol! (Why set a menu for a special day only to run out of ingredients?) Nevertheless, we couldn't stand the mismanagement and disorganization that we immediately stood up and decided to leave, no apology, nothing from the manager and his team. Lesson learnt.
