Shocking Management!!!

As I'm from a large corporate company,

I have previously arranged with one of the managers who quite happily organised that his kitchen staff had my order of burgers and chips ready for 11:30 am this morning.

As another manager was on call, I asked how long the order would be and as I was already stressing about timing of food for a number of high profile guests who have been attending meetings at our office this week, I was given:

1. Sarcastic answers. 2. Spoken to in a rude manner. 3. Was told to go and help the kitchen staff pack the food, thus myself and the driver who was assisting me were made to go and help pack food away.

This managers attitude was shocking and I've NEVER in my life had anyone make me go into the kitchen (as a customer) and assist with the food order.

I will NOT be going back to Trumps if that is the kind of service you get from Management. I was upset and shocked that someone could talk to someone, let alone a woman like that....UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!
