Service revamp!

Wow! I'm shocked by the appalling service we received from trumps westgate. For a place that just got recently revamped, you definately need to go revamp your service as well. Me and my family arrived at 17h30. And at 18h45 we still hadn't received our food. But that's not all, most of the ****tails we tried to order were not available. Why do you have the menu if you not gonna serve it. Then came the time to order the food. Again they didnt have what we wanted. No chops, no pork belly. Like really! Why is it on the menu?!?! Then after we changed our order it took them a millennium to bring it. We had to cancel our order and go eat else where. You shouldve focused on revamping your service more than the look of the place. Definately not coming there anytime soon!
