Inconsiderate to injury

My daughter and I went to Trumps yesterday, as we were seated having something to drink a waiter dropped a glass on the floor close to where we were seated. The glass shattered all over and a piece of glass hit the side if ny daughters face. The waiteress did not even come and apologise. I then called the manager and explained what had happened and he just said sorry but in a very nonchalant manner. He didnt even bother to ask if my daughter was ok. He called the guilty waitress and she came to apologize but did not even make eye contact. I decided to leave the restaurant as they were quite busy and I did not want to disrupt the other guests as it was mothers day after all. I then called in to speak to the owner as the manager was useless and didnt care much about the incident. They advised I would receive a call and up until now I have not received a call back. I'm am truly upset and will not leave this incident just like that
