They don't keep their promises

I bought two tyres size 215/55/R17 I offered to collect the tyres upon collecting they ordered wrong tyres they wanted me to pay more for run flat tyres I didn't order, I had to cancel my weekend away trip as the right tyres would be shipped the following monday, for the inconvenience I was told I will get refund for balancing and alignment which is +-R400 it's been 4 months and I was 1st told my Discovery bank account wasn't working I gave them a capitec alternative account and since then my calls aren't answered the consultant I have been talking to is even ignoring my texts on WhatsApp this is shocking to say the least.
