UNKNOWINGLY REGISTERED-Truworths and trulife

<p>Good day</p> <p>My mother has a clothing account with truworths, and she found out a few months ago that R60 was being deducted from her every month, apparently for life insurance that comes with the clothing account from truworths called "trulife". When she realised that that was happening, she told truworths to stop deducting that money from her, as she has never been informed, nor did she agree to this. Now this so-called trulife is calling her, demanding installments and listing her name as a defaulter.
