Injected Meat

My husband and I just left Truffle restaurant, when wanting to order we asked the waiter what the difference between sparta and chalmar beef is? She said that its like chickens the one is Injected and the other is grown fully. We thought she might have been confused, she then called a second waiter and he informed us that the manager advices them not to promote the chalmar beef. Long story short we waited 45 minutes 4 our food with 2 other customers being present in the restaurant and we ended up leaving. Being upset we came back to speak to the manager, Trymore came out we asked him 1 question which was...what is the difference between sparta and chalmar beef? And with much surprise the manager gave the exact same example as the waitress did, that the beef is INJECTED! We asked a few times for him to clarify this, he said and I quote \come on my friend we live in south Africa the only place you get real meat is in Zimbabwe!"...I then asked again what the difference is and he said if we do not want to eat there we should leave as we are passing him off!!!! How can a manager get this upset for not knowing his own product?how is this a fine dining experience??? """
