Extremely poor service

on 27 September my family and I (a party if 10 people) went for lunch to Truffles. We arrived just after 13:00 and placed our orders for starters. After that we placed our order for the main courses. This is where our problems started to happen:<br> <br> 1. Waiter got order horribly wrong<br> 2. Foods was cold. After 90 mins of wait.<br> 3. Not all meals arrived as their was a glitch with placing order by waiter.<br> 4. By the time the rest of the meals arrived, some people in the party had already finished their meals.<br> 5. No apology was offered<br> 6. No one was held responsible for the poor service.<br> 7. To be considered as a fine dining restaurant all aspects of service including waiter training must be considered. All of these were sadly lacking.<br> <br> Had an extremely embarrassing and bad experience.<br> <br> Will not visit restaurant again
