bad service

I bought a groupon voucher and redeemed it on sunday 3rd april 2016.I dont know where to begin because the ehole experience at tryffle was just devastating!After being placed at my table, i has to call someone after 15minutes to bring us menus becuase nobody saw to us and waited another 20minutes for someone to come and clean the dirty table with dirty plates of the customers before us.After ordering our food by the hostess not even a manager our food took 1hour and 45minutes to arrive ( we were only 3 people) and thr restaurant was not busi at all.Our food arrived COLD and out beverages were now already finished becuase those arrived 30minutes prior. When we received our food we had to wait 10minutes for our cutlery and our toast to co****isgusting! IIn the time we were eating 3 tables of parties more than 4 each actually left your restaurant after having to wait 2 hours for their food. Im sorry but the service i got was the worst service i have ever received at any other restaurant in cape town. When asking why our food was taking long we got different excuses 1 being the gas gave in and you ran out of eggs. How can you run out of eggs at 10:30 the morning.<br> extremely bad.
