Truewood Furniture-head office haartepe****rt-Defective couches-false advertising on genuine leather

I bought x3 couches from Truewood Furniture store Mall of the South, the couches were delivered on 31 March 2022.The couches delivered where ALL defect and leather (which is suppose to be genuine leather) apperead old.I reported the matter a driver was sent to “access” the couches he found no fault he called his manager he refuses to take the couches back for repairs he advised that his manager would call me to discuss further.Indeed the manager called I forwarded the pictures to him via whatsaap he insulted me and told me an example of a pregnant women having stretch marks I’m not sure what’s that got to do with their defective couches he advised that he will not be able to assist further.
