Product quality and bad service

I bought a recliner from Truewood Furniture in Centurion Mall in January 2024 for R19000. The sales consultant assured me that there is a 20 year warranty on the recliner. In the past year I have experienced problems with the electric mechanism of the chair 2 or 3 times. I have now experienced another problem because it just stops working without any warning. My wife has contacted them several times and they seem to have a call lock at the factory. If we do not contact them continuously, we will not get any feedback on when repairs will be undertaken. My feeling is that this is a poor product and the "warranty" means nothing. I am now considering buying another recliner for less than half the price I paid at another furniture retailer. I cannot recommend Truewood Furniture to the public at all.
