Poor service bed I bought doesn't have a finishing at all though I chose one

Poor service bed I bought doesn't have a finishing at all though I chose one.No instructions on how to assemble bed.Two pieces provided with wooden bed frame and a headboard are unused due to lack of knowledge. Bed looks ugly without finishing. Unstable and shaking, no proper assemble
