Incorrect Design

I bought a bedroom suite from truewood furniture Greenstone branch last year. I requested a special design for the pedestals and sent a picture to the sales lady that was assisting me. The request was for the pedestal to join with the head piece (kansas) instead of them having a mirror. Upon delivery, on the 05/12/2024, the pedestals were not according to my request/specifications. The driver returned them to the warehouse. Since then I have not been given a clear direction as to what will happen, whether they are going to fix or refund me. Instead, I was sent, via Whastapp, a screen grabbed email from the company's CEO (Frits Reyneke) saying that I must place a new order. I paid R 10 000.00 for these pedestals.
