I was not happy with the unresponsiveness of Ntokozo in Mall @ Carnival

I was not happy with the unresponsiveness of Ntokozo in Mall @ Carnival. She called me to make arrangement about the delivery of my furniture. Unfortunately I was in hospital having an op. She left a WhatsApp message and I responded immediately when I could. She never responded to my me and I could see that she read the message. My son who was just dismissed in this company offered to assist although he no longer works for this company.I’m very disappointed in the manner in which Truewood official has dealt with my query. I am desperate I need to urgently make arrangements before I travel outside South Africa
