One of the agents of the company was quick to do a site visit, but then never got back to me with a quote or proposal, despite several follow up messages. Their responses to the lack of progress on their side was very curt and borderline rude. After not hearing from them for a month I followed up only to receive “you get it when it’s ready” message - which was never. I even asked them to confirm if the solutions I was looking for were within their scope of services and they were very happy to confirm, only to again not deliver anything. Very disappointed
