I was ****med by this people claiming to be providing legitimate service and that they are legitimate retail. This fools debited my bank account for almost R700,00 in 2 weeks. When I requested for a refund I am being told that they can't refund me but I need to spend my credits. I have been trying to place an order since after every order I keep on getting an email that my order has been canceled because the items I chose are out of stock, whereas on thier stupid website the items are available. And when requesting to be shown exactly what is available in stock today the online chat agents keep on just sending me the same useless message. They keep on saying I must visit thier website, the items that are there are available but to my surprise another order gets canceled because of the so called items out of stock. When I send an inquiry about this again the foolish person did not even bother to check properly or even read to understand but the person automatically decided that my order is canceled again due to the fact that my order is above my credit and there is no shipping amount left. Which is also a big fat lie. This people just go around and ******** people of thier hard earned money. I want my refund in full please I need that money, now my husband is angry with me because of this. My marriage is in hot wastes because of thier debit orders, and I am not being given an option to get back all the money I have lost. This ****ers are ****ing with people's lifes by going around and **** us simply because we are black and poor.
