Worst customer service, still waiting for response

Worst customer service, I’ve ever experienced. Bought a couch 6 weeks ago after telling me it takes 3-4weeks, still trying to find out where it is and when I can expect delivery but both customer service numbers, whatsapp nr and email is non responsive, at this stage honestly hoping to receive anything..
