Wonderful experience. Firstly, the furniture and the workmanship is just amazing. More importantly, they really bent over to satisfy us. The headboard couldn’t fit through my inconvenient staircase layout and I overlooked the size as well. We returned the delivery. Truewood understood what our challenges were and customised the headboard to our dimensions. We took delivery a week later and they installed everything for me perfectly. They didn’t charge me anything extra.
