BAD PRODUCT,BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

my mom recently bought a new wardrobe which is in a bad condition the sanding is not properly done, the door handles look as if they were moved due to multiple holes around them and poor finishing some parts of the wardrobe look discolored it wasn't properly vanished, and the company is refusing to exchange it with a new one instead they want to fix which my mom is refusing.
