Absolutely unacceptabĺe service
I definitely do not recommend True Wheels. I sent my BMW wheels and only got them back after four weeks and they came back worse than when I sent them. After receiving them back the first time, I sent them back to be fixed, two weeks later received them back, only slightly better, still not as they should be, with a small dent still to be seen in the front rim. So unhappy that I sold the bike before even receiving the wheels back from them. I would definitely rate them a 0 out of 5

20 Oct 2022, 07:48So sorry to hear that Andre Pretorius, Andrew Hamer did source other K25 outers to replace the ones You initially sent, because they were too badly buckled to actually repair, we still have these if You would like them back to compare. He also replaced the broken spokes in Your wheels, and the tyre valves that were kaput, at no charge to Yourself. Andrew did let You know that the welds on K25 outers are a known issue, that causes a run out over the welds. However, The wheels were absolutely in-line with BMW spec, as per their technical guidelines, both times that we sent them out. We initially received Your wheels on the 13th of September and invoiced them out on the 28th of September, which included the repair time and then having them powdercoated, which is just over 2weeks, You received them back on the 30th of September. We do apologise for any delay, but we do value our client’s safety above all else and will not send wheels back before we are completely satisfied that our clients will be safe when they are out on their motorcycles.
