True South Projects is not willing to repair leaks under provided warranties supp****
True South Projects built our sectional title apartments called Le Chateau in Fresnaye, Cape Town. Ever since hard-over mid 2023 we suffered severe waterproofing issues, paint defects and many leaks. Waterproofing experts Khusela and AGH Projects concluded mid 2025 that our building did not comply with various regulations. As owners we called upon the 5yr waterproofing warranties provided by the developer yet they do not honour their own warranties and are unwilling to repair damages. A companies' reputation is usually only tested when called upon; in this case True South Projects clearly FAILS as they do are not willing to repair severe leaks
